Clinical sources and precise terms
The individual guides identify their source material. Resources include Canadian and international dental associations, Ontario’s dental regulator, public health services and official coverage guidance. An international source does not establish an Ontario authorization rule.
Local anesthesia, sedation depth, routes of administration and general anesthesia are distinguished. Symptom descriptions are not diagnoses. Treatment, medication, fasting, escort and recovery advice must be individualized by the treating service.
Map data and provenance
The municipal boundary was retrieved from the City-attributed Toronto City Boundary feature service; neighbourhood geometry from the City of Toronto Neighbourhood 2022 service. Both were retrieved on 31 October 2026. The map is rendered from those coordinates, with a conformal projection. City data is attributed to the City of Toronto under the applicable Open Data Licence — Toronto; use of the data does not imply City endorsement.
The lookup covers all 158 neighbourhoods and 97 named postal FSA polygons in the City-published service. One blank postal record was excluded. Approximate area overlaps omit very small boundary slivers. They do not validate a full mailing address or determine present mail delivery.

Practice contacts and editorial separation
The visible bottom bar reads the actual Find a Dentist HTML entries. Updating the list supplies the same contact details to the rotation. It does not use a separate hidden provider list, invent a branch address or turn the clinical pages into practice endorsements.
Canary Dental is the sole practice contact in this build. No commercial agreement is asserted. Any future sponsorship must be clearly identified without changing the clinical information to promote a buyer.
Checks and updates
Pages show the information-build date. Sources, service details, coverage programs and geography can change. A future update must check the relevant current sources before altering a claim. No date change is used to imply a clinical review that did not happen.
Medical references are listed with their source addresses. Practice website links are not used as outbound contact routes; telephone links let the visitor contact the listed practice directly. The educational pages remain usable without contacting a practice.
